Director	Dr. Kwan Jay Cho	Dr. Kwan Jay Cho founded IMPAC in 1991. He has received his PhD in education management from the University of Southern California. He has a lot of experience with adult education since 1992. He enjoys playing golf during his free time.
Director of Studies & Instructor	Kevin Nitta	Kevin was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has been teaching English non-stop for over 30 years. He focuses on helping all of his students achieve their goals. His teaching career includes multiple universities such as the University of Hawaii, University of California, Irvine and the University of Southern California. He is also an avid chess player and enjoys a good game of Scrabble.
Administrative Coordinator & Instructor	Elizabeth Cho	Hi! I’m so excited to meet you all! My name is Elizabeth, and I have been teaching English around the world for many years. Recently, I was fortunate to go to Seoul and Tokyo, and it has been truly daebak (‘amazing’), especially learning about the Great King Sejong. I love eating budae-jjigae and spicy tteokbokki. As your teacher and coordinator, I’m here to make sure your journey is vibrant and supportive.
Instructor	Charles Ling	Charles is a graduate of Chaminade College with a B.A in English/Education. He obtained his Master’s in Religious Education from Seattle University. Charles has taught in both the public and Catholic Schools. Charles held the positions of Director of Religious Ed. In Catholic Churches in both Hawaii AND Catholic. He is also skilled in Pastoral counseling.
Instructor	Jonathan Nosaka	Hi everyone. My name is Jonathan Nosaka and I’ve been teaching English, Business, Public Speaking and Music for many years now. I enjoy being in the classroom with everyone and learning about my students. I lived and taught in Japan as an associate professor for 13 years while earning my Masters degree in ESL from the University of Hawaii. I’ve taught at the UH for many years and also enjoy being an entrepreneur and investor in my spare time. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you here at IMPAC!
