IMPAC is looking for motivated and passionate teachers to join our team!
If you have
• a Bachelor’s degree in the field of ESL/EFL, plus at least one year of ESL/EFL teaching experience, you would be qualified to teach our
General English level classes (Beginner through Intermediate). If your degree is in another field, then proof of formal training
and/or knowledge in language-related education is required)
• a Master’s degree, or higher, in the field of ESL/EFL, plus at least one year of ESL/EFL teaching experience,
you would be qualified to
teach our General English and Academic English level classes (Beginner to Advanced).
• multicultural / cross-cultural experience
• at least one year of ESL/EFL teaching experience
• formal language education training (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate, etc.) and/or knowledge in the following (at a minimum)
language-related areas:
- language teaching methodology
- the nature of language/linguistics
- the structure of English
- second language acquisition
- intercultural communication
- practicum experience
