IEPP Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by completing the Cancellation of Enrollment Form at least 24 hours (1 business day) prior to the beginning of the cancellation period. The date of receipt of the written notice will determine the amount, if any, to be refunded.
2. For cancellation prior to attendance, IMPAC will refund any prepaid tuition less registration fees.
3. There is a $50.00 processing fee for all refund requests.
4. Every effort is made to issue refunds within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued in U.S. bank-issued checks (U.S. dollars). No cash refund will be given.
5. If a student is dismissed from school for any reason, no refund will be given for the term enrolled. Refund will be given only for future paid term.
6. It is understood that students who register through travel agents or foreign study agents have signed contracts with these agents that may include cancellation penalties, no-refund policies, or home country refund only conditions. IMPAC is not responsible for any fees that agencies collect from students. For tuition refunds, IMPAC will confirm the conditions of agent-student contract before issuing any refunds.
7. Once the school term has begun, 100% of the tuition (minus the registration fee and tax paid) will be refunded if requested within the first five working days of the term. No refund will be given thereafter. Students who paid for any future terms will receive tuition refunds by completing the Cancellation of Enrollment Form .
8. The refund policy is in effect from the first day of the term, not from the first day of attendance.
9. There is no tuition refund or credit for future terms if student takes a temporary leave of absence.
* Refunds are for TUITION only. Textbook, administrative or any professing fees will not be refunded.
* Textbook and administration fees will not be refunded. There will be a refund process fee of $50 plus tax for all refund process.
